Refund Policy

This applies to employer payments for job postings on jobs.branova.in. Job seekers are never charged, so nothing here concerns them.

How billing works

Nothing is charged at the moment. The workspace is free and so is posting a job, so there is currently nothing to refund. The policy below applies from the day we begin charging for board time — ₹49 for each day a posting is published, paid in advance for the number of days you choose. Nothing renews: when the days run out the posting simply comes off the board, and you decide whether to buy more.

When we refund

• Duplicate or failed payment. Charged twice for the same posting, or charged without the posting going live — refunded in full.
• Our fault. If a defect on our side kept a paid posting off the board, we refund the days it was not visible, pro rata.
• Unused days. If you have not published the posting the payment was for, ask within 7 days of the payment and we refund it in full.

When we do not refund

• Days a posting was already live. Closing a role early does not refund the remaining days, which is why we sell short runs you can top up.
• Not receiving enough applicants, or not making a hire. We provide the platform, not a hiring outcome.
• An account suspended for breaking our terms — for example charging candidates a fee.

How to ask

Email hello@branova.in from the address on the account, with the invoice number from Billing in your workspace. We reply within [[RESPONSE WINDOW, e.g. 5 working days]]. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within [[REFUND WINDOW, e.g. 7–10 working days]] depending on your bank.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel — no subscription, no notice period and no cancellation fee. Close or pause a posting at any time from Job postings in your workspace, and it stops being visible immediately. Your applicants, notes and pipeline history stay in your workspace.
